Reiki Healing is the aspect most concentrate on. Please
remember that Volumtary Self Regulation and National Occupational Standards are for the Professional Practice of Reiki Healing.
Many students are attuned to Reiki - some choose to go along the Professional Practitioner path, many choose not to,
wanting to be attuned to Reiki for themselves. Often a Reiki attuned person decides at a later date that he/she does
want to become a professional practitioner. My training gives students the flexibility to practice their Reiki in the
manner that is right for them at any given time.

There are 3 levels/degrees of Reiki taught :-
Reiki 1 which is primarily for the self, for self healing, self development and self
awareness. Once you are attuned to Reiki 1 you will have Reiki for the rest of your life. Whether you choose to
use it, or not, is up to you. At this level you are well equipped to give Reiki healing to family and friend, your plants
and your pets. The energy at Reiki 1 level seems to be very intense and instant.
Some people who become attuned to Reiki 1
are happy to stay at this level; however should you wish to expand your awareness and offer Reiki treatments/sessions to others,
in a professional manner, then the natural progress is to Reiki 11. With Reiki 11 the energy appears more subtle. Practitioners
notice a changing in their attitudes, they become more 'in tune' and intuitive and often have flashes of 'inspiration', a
greater Spiritual awareness. Changes start to happen where old patterns are discarded, if necessary, to continue the
Spiritual development. The sending of distant/distance healing is explained and taught through the use of the Reiki
symbols.
For those who wish to make Reiki an integral part
of their lives there is Reiki 111, or Reiki Master level. This involves a commitment to Reiki in attitude and manner.
Many who take this commitment go on to teach Reiki themselves. However there are also those people who take all 3
levels of Reiki purely for themselves and their own self development.

iii) Information on, Reiju empowerments and practice in Eastern Style Reiki as taught originally
by Taggart King.
iv) Reiki Support - ongoing plus regular Reiki Support Group Meetings.
v) Distance learning for aspects of the training (if required)
vi) Continual Professional Development
Whilst instructing in Healing
Techniques I am mindful of the voluntary self regulation and my training includes on-going updates on this situation.
It is up to the student the direction in which he or she wants to go as I offer as much information as possible
to give an informed choice.

There are very many views on how Reiki should be taught.
I teach Reiki in the manner that I was taught but that is not to
say that I am not open to the recent discoveries and develpopments brought about by the opening up of communication due to
the internet. My philosophy on my Reiki teaching is that, as I said before, I teach in the manner that I was taught
(pre 2000) and have my own, complied manuals that I give students. My Reiki 1 manual is a basic - Western
style manual - Reiki story, hand positions for healing etc. However, due to all the new information that is now available
I also give my Reiki 1 students a manual 'extra' and this covers additional information on The Chakras, meridian lines etc.
The same goes for my Reiki 11 manuals, the basic 'Western' manual with the first 3 symbols and distance healing and the 'extra'
manual covering new information now available on Dr Usui and the traditional/'Eastern' Reiki story; plus information on insurance
and the NHS Directory etc. This way I am honouring my basic teaching but opening up the students mind to 'moving forward'
with the changing world but knowing where we come from - the REIKI TRADITION.

There are very many books on the market now about Reiki.
Please remember, no matter how many books you read on Reiki,
and/or how much information you assimilate, the only way to become a Reiki Practitioner is through receiving Reiki training
from a Reiki Master and receiving the Reiki Attunements.

Reiki Training
The costs below are based on group teaching/attunements,
in my therapy rooms in Bristol and cover on going training (refered to as CPD - continuing professional development)
I will teach/train up to 4 people in a group.
In
certain circumstances I will teach in other premises (i.e. a students home). Please ask for details if this option is
required.
Reiki 1 – The history of Reiki; an introduction to ‘hands on’ healing; how to utilize the healing
on yourself, family, friends, animals and plants; the Chakras; keeping a diary; the Attunements plus a Reiki 1 manual. 4 x 3 hours - £115
Reiki 11 – Expanding Reiki Awareness; the Reiki symbols; distance healing; details of The Reiki Regulatory
Working Group (voluntary self-regulation); details of Public Liability insurance, opening your own Reiki Practice; the Attunements
plus Reiki 11 manual. 3 x 3 hours - £195
Reiki 111 – Reiki as a way of life; the Reiki Master Attunements; the Reiki Master symbol; the progression into
the teaching of Reiki plus the Reiki Master manual. 4 x 3 hours - £595
Uniquely tailored training program available if required.
Full on-going support at all levels to include regular up-dates regarding Voluntary Self Regulation etc. There
are no hidden charges with regards to any support groups , distance learning or workshops I may run.
These are my rates. You will find Reiki Masters all have their individual pricing structure.
